Our website is designed to introduce new users to our Village Hall and to help existing users to book the hall and keep up to date with events.

Pre-dated by a smaller hall, Newtonmore Village Hall as it currently stands started its life in 1913. It was built by local subscription and by local tradesmen.

Now—as throughout its history—Newtonmore Village Hall is the centre of our community of 900. From the Toddler Group, to the Drama Group, to Fundraising Sales, Birthday & Wedding Celebrations, - the Village Hall sees and accommodates it all.

Big changes are afoot in 2012 when work will start on the refurbishment of the Hall—returning it to its full Edwardian glory—and the building of a modern extension to provide some of the mod cons that we all now expect of our community buildings.

The next few years will be busy and exciting ones as we pull together as a community once more to achieve a meeting place that will be of service for the next 100 years.
