one time. The two largest shops are the Newtonmore Co-op - stocked with the
usual supermarket range - and Newtonmore Craft Centre and Gallery (which
also incorporates the Garden Cafe and Newtonmore Tourist Information Centre
- home to the Watercolourist to 'Monarch of the Glen' and many exclusive
items along with the usual postcards, fridge magnets, keyrings, cards,
crystal, glass, pewter and other gifts and souvenirs. 'Caileidescop Crafts'
has scents essential oils and candles along with other craft items. There is also an excellent Electrical shop - 'Main Supply', a
sweet shop that still has sweeties in jars - 'The Tuck Shop',
a Post Office, with all the usual postal requisites, banking facilities and
also a range of souvenirs, pet foods and wild bird food, a clothes shop -
