Newtonmore
Primary School sits in the heart of the village of Newtonmore, a traditional
school building originally built in 1874 and then completely modernised in
1991.
The
school and nursery now boasts some of the best educational facilities in the
valley, offering daily nursery provision, primary education in either
English or Gaelic Medium and a daily After School Club which also offers all
day holiday provision for children of working parents and visitors.
The
high standard of school hall, enclosed grass playing area and General
Purpose room provide facilities, which are in constant use by clubs and
organisation, during the evenings and weekends. Newtonmore Primary School
truly is a Community School which works closely with the Community and all
other bodies which form the village of Newtonmore.
Parents
