The hostel can easily accommodate a maximum of 18 guests in 4 separate rooms.

We have two 6-bedded rooms, two 3-bedded rooms and all our beds are equipped with bed-side lights for your convenience. Each bedroom is lockable by combination lock for your security.

The hostel has two, top-quality power showers, three WCs, 6 wash hand basins and there's an outside tap for muddy gear.

There are full toilet & bedroom facilities to Category Two level - assisted wheelchair grading.

You can relax in our comfortable lounge/dining area, which has a traditional open fire, TV and video too.

There are comprehensive self-catering facilities with a fridge, microwave, 2 cookers, a toaster, plenty of cutlery, crockery and pots & pans. There's 24 hour, non-stop hot water for drinks in the kitchen and you'll not have to fiddle with coins in meters - there are none! All the coal, kindling and wood are also provided.

There is a payphone in the lobby, there are no extra charges for using the automatic washing machine (the powder is only 50p too!) and our small but efficient drying room with de-humidifier has been described as simply brilliant.

Our level on site, off road parking for 9 cars completes the Strathspey Mountain Hostel picture.
